Dior Business Analysis
A marketing analysis for luxury brand Christian Dior that develops brand strategies, plans, evaluations, metrics, and estimates.
Motivation
Christian Dior has always been one of Iris Yang's favorite brands, which gives Iris a new perspective on femininity. Therefore, in her sophomore year, Iris began to have a more detailed understanding of Dior due to research, analyzing the inspiration, development and future of the brand.
Process
During the process, Iris starts from the inspiration and history of the brand, understands the original intention of the designer, and then analyzes the current brand development: determine the brand positioning, target audience, marketing strategy, and so on. Finally, she combined the past performance with the future development of the brand, to predict and evaluate.
