Since 2017, Iris Yang has started a handmade jewelry brand, mon_Secret, with her designer friend Rita Zhou. Iris has been responsible for business and the visual aspects, including sales, marketing, and brand vision. Up to now, mon_Secret has participated in NYFW twice, collaborated with three different independent designer brands, and been sold at four buyer stores in New York, Shanghai and Hangzhou.
